Kent Property Club is a bunch of like minded investors actively investing in the property market. We hold regular monthly meetings every 2nd Wednesday of the month where you:

Kent Property Club was established in 2008 and is now the only regular event in Kent dedicated to helping investors sourcing and buying properties at below market value.

    • Regularly attracts 50 -60 active investors every month.
    • Invited speakers and presenters are experienced investors themselves. They share their experiences how they climbed the ladder of success!

OTHER BENEFITS

From time to time, you will also benefit from the opportunity of buying properties considerably below market value. When our members find and negotiate a deal they don’t want for personal reasons, these get introduced to other members. These properties are often considerably less than you would buy via an estate agent. Only those on our email list get notifications of these deals.

Important: please note that we do not deal with Off Plan or New Build properties at all. All our talks, presentations and material deal with traditional properties at genuinely below market value.
